JDesignerPro is Free.
Any number of corporate Intranet developers, webmasters or anyone who has a database to deploy on the Net can download JDesignerPro with no up front cost. This version is fully functional and does not timeout. BulletProof gives you everything in the builder including the charting, the grid layout, HTML panel and forms tools, the menu structure, the access control and the database connectivity.
You may use JDesignerPro to build as many database front ends as you like. Only if you deploy a system for commercial use is a license fee required.
There are two types of pricing for deployment:
- For general Internet use: $395. You may want to deploy an order screen, product inquiry screen or any other form for the public to use. You will want all users on the Net to have Guest-level access. BulletProof requires a one-time payment for unlimited Guest access. This one-time Internet license is $395.
- For a restricted access system with authorized user accounts. - In this case, a per-user account license from $10 to $40 is required for each account. An "account" is a unique user with login access.
There is a sliding price scale. You pay BulletProof for each previous tier in the scale plus the number of accounts in the next tier. For example, the price for a 1,002 account license is (100 x $40) + (900 x $30) + (2 x $20) = $31,040.

Examples of total cost calculation:
You initially want to purchase a 20 user license:
The total cost would be 20 x $40 = $800
Then you want to upgrade to a 100 user license:
The total cost would be 100 x $40 = $4000 less the $800 you already paid = $3200
Then you decide to upgrade to a 2000 user license:
The total cost would be 100 x $40 + 900 x $30 + 1000 x $20 = $51000 less the $4000 already paid = $47000
The minimum per-account license is 10 users. Each upgrade is done in minimum increments of 10 users.
